Roman-style head on bust of the emperor Caracalla, carved from Afyon marble. Very precious marble that was extracted from Turkey in Roman times, with a color tending towards honey color with golden veins. The underlying bust has different types of precious marble, it would seem to be from a later period in the Baroque style. It will hardly ever be seen another work of this manufacture and so well preserved.
